Summer 2026 Performance Program for St. Sebastian’s Student-Athletes
This summer, St. Sebastian’s will once again offer its annual Strength & Conditioning Program, designed to help Arrows build strength, speed, and confidence heading into the fall season.
Each two-hour session includes a structured blend of flexibility, agility, speed development, strength training, and conditioning. Workouts are intentionally challenging, yet tailored to each student-athlete’s experience and ability level.
We understand summer schedules can vary, and we will work with families to ensure each student can complete his training consistently.
As always, athletes can expect a positive, high-energy environment that builds both performance and camaraderie.
Open to St. Sebastian's students only.
$600 per session* (per student)
$200 discount for students who register for both sessions

(Monday-Thursday)*
June 9-July 2, 2026
8:00-10:00 AM or 10:30 AM-12:30 PM
*Please note this session will start on Tuesday, June 9. The first week will run Tuesday, June 9 through Friday, June 12. The following week will remain Monday–Thursday, June 15–18.
The 8:00-10:00 AM slot is currently full.
