Lunchtime is an important part of the School day, not just to nourish hungry boys, but to build community as students unwind/socialize with friends and connect informally with faculty.

Custom Menus
St. Sebastian’s offers a nutritious and comprehensive meal program using seasonal and local ingredients. SAGE Dining Services provides menus designed just for our School; in fact, many meals are student-chosen and inspired. Extensive daily choices are available and always include numerous hot entrees (with vegetarian options), soups, a fresh salad bar and deli meat selections.

Our kitchen staff loves to surprise the community with special meals and treats, from an incredible Thanksgiving feast, Opening Day for Fenway, and International Food week. And every Friday, the kitchen serves pizza and French fries. Our team keeps cooking up ways to keep the food fresh - and delicious - for students!
Meet the Team
We have a dedicated chef on campus to maintain a close relationship with the students and provide excellent service. The chef works closely with the Director of Health Services to ensure that appropriate accommodations are made for students with food allergies or any special dietary needs.

Head Chef Mike Fuller
Mike joined St. Sebastian’s as Head Chef in the fall of 2012. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, he brought with him extensive experience in restaurants and catering. Each year, Mike oversees approximately 150 events—from club dinners and team banquets to elegant receptions for parents and alumni. He is ServSafe-certified by the National Restaurant Association.
Sous Chef Rafael De-Jesus
Since 1997, Rafi has brought consistency, skill, and heart to the St. Sebastian’s kitchen. He prepares daily hot lunches, Friday pizza, and special-event dishes with the same care and steady energy. His creativity shines through in meals inspired by a mix of global flavors and his own original recipes—always a hit with students and faculty alike.
