Enrollment Information

Step 1

All parents and legal guardians sign the electronic contract (each parent will receive a contract email).

You will not be able to pay your deposit invoice (Step 2) until all parents/guardians have signed the contract.

Step 2

Pay the enrollment deposit invoice, delivered in a separate email. Credit card and ACH (electronic check) payments are accepted. (There is no fee for ACH payments. There is a 2.99% fee for credit card payments.) You may choose to mail or drop off a check made out to St. Sebastian's if you would prefer.

After you complete these steps, St. Sebastian's School will counter-sign your contract, and you will receive an email confirmation for your records.

In early May, Blackbaud Tuition Management (formerly Smart Tuition) will send you an email related to your tuition payment schedule for the upcoming school year.

Returning families will continue to access Blackbaud Enrollment Management as in prior years.

New families will receive an email from Blackbaud Tuition Management in early May with details on access to their account.

Blackbaud Tuition Management will assign a Family ID to each family. It is important to note the Family ID on any correspondence or payments made for the school year.

Note the Family ID will change each year.

For example, Family ID 13798 25 123456 for the 25-26 school year will be 13798 26 123456 for the 26-27 school year.

Blackbaud Tuition Management enables you to:

Select a payment method best for you

• Choose to receive a monthly invoice
• Set up automatic payments from bank account or credit card

Access your account online

• Review account history, transaction details, and monthly invoices
• Edit your contact information, password, and payment method
• Make a payment or set up recurring payments

Receive payment and follow-up reminders

• For recurring payments, a reminder is emailed 7-10 days before the payment due date
• For missed payments or outstanding balances, you’ll receive an email and text message

Speak with a customer service representative

• Families can access their accounts to check balances and make payment 24/7
• Spanish speaking representatives are available
• Call toll free to make payments at 888-868-8828

When signing your electronic enrollment contract, you will be required to choose one of three payments options for the balance of your tuition:

Option 1 — Annual (one payment on August 1)

Option 2 — Semi-annual (August 1 and December 1)

Option 3 — Ten-month payment plan (June 1 to March 1)

Fees

There is no fee associated with the annual (August 1) or semi-annual (August 1 and December 1) payment plans. There is a one-time fee of $56 per year for the ten month payment plan. The ten payment plan provides ten payments from June 1 thru March 1.

The obligation to pay tuition for the full academic year is unconditional and after August 1, no portion of the tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in the event of an absence, withdrawal or dismissal from St. Sebastian’s School. The Tuition Refund Plan provides an opportunity to insure tuition (prepaid and due) in the event of separation according to the terms of the policy. The premium rate for the Tuition Refund Plan is 1.4% of your tuition cost for the academic year and covers up to 75% of the unused tuition.
