The Athletic Program at St. Sebastian's has a long and proud tradition of talented athletes, winning seasons, and league championships.

As a member of the highly competitive Independent School League (ISL), the Arrows compete in 13 different sports, fielding 46 teams at the varsity, JV, third, fourth and fifth levels. Though participation in athletics is not a requirement, most students choose to play at least one sport, and their participation on an appropriate team is guaranteed each year.
