Peak Performance
With the help of our Peak Performance Program, students attain their athletic goals and maintain their physical wellness. Our certified strength and conditioning specialists guide students through programs customized to their age and experience.

Movement
Gym classes focus on mobility, coordination, flexibility and fun.

Athletic Training
Dedicated to supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of our student-athletes, our nationally certified and state-licensed athletic trainers deliver comprehensive care and guidance.
Whether it's preventing injuries, managing treatment and rehabilitation, or promoting wellness through education, their goal is to serve as a trusted resource for the entire school community. By fostering strong communication among students, families, coaches, and healthcare providers, our athletic trainers ensure that each student receives individualized care—so hecan safely return safely to the activities he loves.
Nutrition
In consultation with our Health and Wellness team, the Peak Performance staff promote healthy food choices that lead to overall student well-being.
Our dedicated, experienced staff and state-of-the-art facility keep students on campus, giving them the space to develop healthy habits and deepen their sense of community.
