On Friday, November 10, the Varsity Cross Country team won the NEPSTA Division III New England Cross-Country Championship for the first time in school history! Out of a field of 161 runners, St. Sebastian's had three top ten finishers: Jack Connors (2nd - 16:47), John Joyce (3rd - 16:58), and Seb Culleton (7th - 17:32). The rest of the varsity line up included Joe Koh, Chris Thompson, Taylor Holmes, and Jonathan Demosthene. Placing first out of 23 teams, the Arrows scored 89 points, 30 points better than 2nd place St. George’s. The JV runners placed 5th in their race, and our team is young. The future is bright for Seb's Cross Country! Congratulations to all our runners and to coaches Joe Cressotti and Steve Salomone on this incredible achievement. Go Arrows!
