Welcome from the Head of School

Our mission at St. Sebastian's is clear and distinct—to pursue truth through faith and reason. St. Sebastian’s is a community where boys push themselves, develop deep relationships and respect for others, grow in their faith, and learn what it means to be a gentleman of courage, honor, and wisdom. St. Sebastian’s is the only Catholic school in the Independent School League, and we are enriched by families of all faith traditions. By embracing Gospel values and universal morals, our boys embark on a purpose-driven life.

I could feel the special nature and incredible spirit of St. Sebastian’s when I first stepped onto campus in September of 1994, a spirit that continues to distinguish our community from all others. Serving the School for three decades, I have developed a profound appreciation for and love of our students, teachers, parents, and alumni. Our faculty and staff are devoted to creating an inclusive, nurturing school that inspires intellectual excellence. Their passion and commitment are the driving forces that inspire happy students, loyal alumni, and proud parents.

When you walk our campus, you will quickly see that we have some of the strongest academic, athletic, fine arts, and extracurricular programs imaginable. You will hear our students eloquently profess their love and appreciation for their school, and you will feel the St. Sebastian's Spirit that permeates our community. Our boys learn from teachers who are not only brilliant scholars but are also models and guideposts for a character-driven education.
