Strategic Plan

Affirming our values. Planning for the future.

St. Sebastian’s Strategic Plan, published in 2024, outlines the School’s goals and priorities in the years ahead. The Board of Trustees established task forces to examine ten key pillars: Spiritual Life & Catholic Identity, Admissions, Academics, Student Life, Faculty & Staff, Athletics, Arts, Health & Wellness, Unity in Diversity, Campus Master Plan, and Finance.

The development of this mission-guided document has been an extensive collaborative effort of faculty and staff leadership and trustees. The Strategic Plan will guide our work to ensure that we continue to deliver an exceptional experience for our students, retain and attract outstanding faculty and staff, and further strengthen our School’s endowment and facilities.
