St. Sebastian's Recognizes Its Volunteers

On Wednesday, June 10, Headmaster Bill Burke hosted over 130 parents, alumni and friends on the Class of 2007 Terrace for a Volunteer Appreciation Cookout to celebrate and thank the tremendous team of volunteers who have made contributions of time and talent this year.

In addition to thanking the volunteers for their service, Headmaster Burke spoke of this year's many record-setting accomplishments and honors.  He observed that since arriving here 25 years ago, the St. Sebastian's community just continues to ask "What more can we do?"   and the result is a vigorous, engaged, vibrant and loving community that continues to improve our school every year.

Guild of St. Irene outgoing President, Carol Smith-Fachetti P'16, and incoming Men's Association President, Michael Muldowney P'16, both presented St. Sebastian's with checks from the record-setting Auction and Golf Outing this year.  From working on the annual fund and hosting Admissions receptions, class cookouts, and Business Breakfasts, to being a part of the Alumni Board, serving as Class Agents, or supporting Guild and Men's Association events,  we thank all the volunteers that made this year so very special.
