Headmaster Bill Burke welcomed parents, past parents, alumni and friends to his home on Tuesday, June 11, for the Volunteer Appreciation Cookout. Guests gathered on the Class of 2007 Terrace to be celebrated and thanked for their outstanding contributions of time and talent to the success of St. Sebastian's School.
A check was presented from Guild of St. Irene President Jeanne McKenzie P'18,'20 and the Christmas Auction Co-chairs, Laurel Mullen P'19,'21 and Janet Seidl P'17,'19, to Headmaster Burke. A check from the Headmaster Scholarship Golf Tournament was also presented.
This large army of volunteers works tirelessly from September to June to make the St. Sebastian's experience the unique and unparalleled one that it is. From working on the Annual Fund and hosting Admissions receptions, class cookouts, and networking breakfasts, to being a part of the Alumni Board, serving as class agents, or supporting the Guild and Men's Association events, we thank all the volunteers that have made this year so very special.
