Arrows Skiing competed at Waterville Valley in the NEPSAC Class B Championships on February 16. Led by Captain Cotter Walsh ’22, the team placed 10th in Giant Slalom with Bobby Keller ’25 placing 15th overall. In the afternoon, the team placed 9th in Slalom with Walsh in 18th and Kevin Wakakuwa ’22 in 31st. For seniors Alex Hartman ’22 and Brian Luppy ’22, it was their first time competing at NEPSAC’s, a testament to the program’s ability to transition recreational skiers to competitive racers. Captain Tom Proia ’22 was out of competition with an injury, but served as team support helping coaches Deirdre Rynne Annan and Olivia Uhlman. Arrows Skiing has one more ISL race this season.
