MPA Students Visit "States of Becoming" Art Exhibit

On December 4, members across grade levels who participate in MPA visited "States of Becoming," an exhibit at the McMullen Art Museum at Boston College investigating 17 contemporary African diaspora artists. The exhibition probed important questions about emigration, relocation, resettling, hybrid identities and a sense of belonging. Students were highly engaged with insightful observations and enriching conversations about identity construction and emigration in the United States with museum docents and Fine Arts faculty member Deirdre Rynne Annan.
