As part of the Alumni Board’s ongoing effort to provide professional networking opportunities for the St. Sebastian’s Alumni Association, a Career Transitions Seminar was hosted on December 11. Alex Cook ’91, Partner at Seaview Global Advisors, moderated a panel of alumni, all of whom have professional expertise in guiding people through career transitions. Tim Sullivan ’65, President of Wellesley Partners, offered insight into how to identify, develop, and market your own personal portfolio of abilities and talents. Dan Daly ’88, President of Daniel Roberts, offered advice on how to navigate the search process, with an emphasis on networking strategies and the use of resources like LinkedIn. John Lawler ’78, CEO of PrimeGenesis, then mapped out what the first 100 days of a candidate’s arrival should look like after arriving at the new opportunity. We thank Alex, Tim, Dan, and John for sharing their collective wisdom with their fellow Arrows. Once in, never out, Arrows forever!
