On Sunday, December 5, 2021, nine members of the St. Sebastian's Debate Team participated, by debating or serving as a judge, in the Buckingham, Browne and Nichols School Invitational Debating and Public Speaking Tournament.
Competitors were required to participate in two rounds of Parliamentary Extemporaneous Debating as well as two rounds of Impromptu Speaking.
Congratulations to Owen Connors '24 and Brendan Fulham '24 who compiled a perfect record in the novice division of the Debating portion of the Tournament. Congratulations, as well, to Ben Goffredo '24 who won a prize for placing 3rd out of 59 speakers competing in both Debating and Impromptu Speaking in the novice division.
