On the evening of January 22, more than 80 parents of alumni gathered in Martin Hall for the third annual Quinquennial Society Reception. Launched in 2024, this society recognizes parents whose sons graduated in the past five years (2021-2025). 

Father John Arens greeted everyone and offered a blessing, focusing on "mission", the word of the year. Head of School Brendan Sullivan welcomed back parents sharing how happy we are to see them. He continued with Father Arens' focus on mission and shared that our mission statement was written in 1994, the same year he joined the St. Sebastian's community. Brendan also highlighted some of the changes to the campus since this event last year, including the new Arts Center Terrace, which features a garden with a statue of St. Irene honoring all mothers past, present and future.

Alumni parents reconnected and reminisced, adorned in their favorite St. Sebastian’s gear. Many are excited to return in April for the annual Parent of Alumni reception and again next January for the fourth Annual Quinquennial Society gathering.
