Each year, many St. Sebastian's School graduates continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Below is a list of former Arrows student-athletes currently on a college roster.
Baseball

Football
- Class of 2018: William Daniel (Trinity College), Osamudiamen Onaiwu (Hobart College), Jonathan Pace (University of Connecticut)
- In 2018, Billy Seidl ’18 was named the NEPSAC football Class B player of the year and Bryce Gallagher ’19 was named the Massachusetts Defensive Player of the Year by the Gridiron Club of Greater Boston. This is the first time an ISL football player has won the award.
- Class of 2017: Camyrn Cain (Union College), Blake Gallagher (Northwestern University), Thomas Hovsepian (Boston College), Patrick Reed (Villanova University)
- Michael Calabro ‘16 received a National Scholar Athlete Award at the 41st Awards Dinner of the Jack Grinold Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame. Michael had an outstanding athletic career at St. Sebastian's as a three-sport athlete.
- Class of 2015: Matt Daniel (Middlebury College), Jack Duffy (Tufts University), Charlie Gordon (Middlebury College), Tyson Mattox (Trinity College), Edosa Onaiwu (Trinity College), Tommy Pace (Bates College), Geoff Wade (The College of the Holy Cross)
- Geoff Wade '15 received a National Scholar Athlete Award at the 40th Awards Dinner of the Jack Grinold Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame. The National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete Awards honor the best scholar athletes in the country. Wade had an outstanding football career at St. Sebastian's as one of the best quarterbacks to have ever played for the Arrows.
- Class of 2014: Connor Strachan (Boston College), Dan Fulham (Middlebury), Aturo Adkins (Dickinson), James Fiore (Union), Brian Curley (Catholic University)
- In the 2014-2015 year, St. Sebastian's varsity football team was selected to play in the NEPSAC Kevin Fleming Bowl against New Hampton, winning 82-50 over the previously unbeaten team.

Hockey
- In 2019, Jayden Struble ’20 won the U.S. Hockey Report’s Defenseman of the Year with a unanimous vote. Billy Seidl ’19 and Alex Cherry ’19 will soon receive a National Scholar Athlete award at the 44th Annual Banquet of the Jack Gringold Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation.

- Noah Hanifin ’15 was selected 5th overall in the NHL draft by the Carolina Hurricanes.

- Gabe Maxwell ’15 was selected to join the final roster of the 2015 United States Junior Indoor Lacrosse Team. Gabe played lacrosse at the varsity level for four years at St. Sebastian’s.

- In 2016, St. Sebastian’s Varsity Golf team won the ISL Championship. In 2017, St. Sebastian’s Varsity Lacrosse, Baseball and Golf all won the ISL Championships. In 2018, Varsity Baseball won the ISL Championship and Billy Seidl '19 named ISL Most Valuable Player. Also in 2018, Varsity Golf won the ISL Championship and Drew Giachetto '19 named ISL Most Valuable Player.
