St. Sebastian's School - Academic Rigor | Spiritual DepthThe order of the day is to love God, work hard, and take good care of one another. William L. Burke iii, Headmaster

AP Spanish IV

A continuation of AP Spanish III, this course delves into authentic literary works, which serve as a point of departure for both oral discussion and written assignments. Topics studied may include professions, immigration, poetry, the media, nature and ecology. Listening and speaking skills improve significantly due to lively, intensive class discussions and weekly individual oral presentations. Writing demonstrates coherent and well-developed thoughts, and reinforcement of former grammatical structures and introduction of new aspects complement other work. All students are prepared for and are required to take the AP Spanish Language exam in May.
